Where It All Began...

Our Head Chef, Stuart, started out in Washington state miles away from any ranches and farms. He had no vision for any ranching or cooking, but had a massive change of heart with a promise he made to his mother years ago - to keep the family ranch going after she passes. His mother raised and sold young pigs and piglets to fund the ranch, and eventually rabbits and dogs joined the mix, always inching closer to a self-sustaining business.

After his mother passed, Stuart came in and took the reigns, improving the pig's diet, restoring and building on the ranch, and laying the groundwork for his pièce de résistance: top-shelf barbeque!

With years of honing his craft, perfecting his barbecue recipes and style, and sourcing the highest quality ingredients Arizona had to offer, he created a new spin on some old-time favorites. Our line-up of menu items has his signature on each dish, along with a promise of the very best barbecued pork you'll ever have.

Stuart's work hasn't stopped there - there's more to come for his family ranch and his barbecue, and we can't do it without you! We hope you'll join us on our journey towards greater horizons, a more diverse ranch and even better barbecue!
